CEllarperson
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our production team as a Cellarperson! This individual will have their hands in multiple facets of the production process as we continue to produce high quality product with a high level of efficiency. Package beer (can, keg, bottle)
Tank cleaning (CIP, exterior cleaning)
Transferring of finished beer
Fruit/adjunct finished beer
Dry Hop
Yeast harvesting
Fermentation monitoring
Racking beer into, and out of barrels
Conditioning beer for packaging
Proper record keeping
Participate in weekly QA/QC tastings

Direct brewery experience preferred but not required
High school diploma - Formal brewing education preferred, or college degree preferred
Ability to work and communicate well with all staff
Organized and detail oriented; accurate record keeping skills using Ekos software
Ability to absorb information
Able to work 40 hours/week
Ability to multitask
Ability to adapt/adjust on the fly
Valid driver’s license
Ability to safely operate a forklift

Lift 55 lbs from ground to shoulder high
Lift 110 lbs from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs. along the floor
Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders
Work in small and confined spaces
Work safely with chemicals with willingly follow all safety protocols
Work in loud environment with basic safety accommodations
Read, write, and calculate basic algebra
